when it comes to getting the flattest abs . Most women focus entirely
on the wrong process when trying to get rid of belly fat in order to get that lean
sexy stomach.
My name is Alyssa Collins and I've been workin hard on my abs for a while. I was never really overweight but wanted more definition in my abs, that cut 6 pack look. Once I discovered the REAL way to acheive this I could've kicked myself for wasting so much time. The method I used , truth about abs took about 8 weeks.
Below are some mistakes I made simply because I didn't know what to do... Avoid these mistakes and watch this video it will surprise you and change how you think about six pack abs. I followed it and it helped me do exactly what I needed to get the look I wanted.

Direct Ab Exercises Don't Work . I used to do 200 crunches a day, now I barely do
direct ab exercises at all.
Focusing on direct ab exercises will strengthen your abs for sure, however dont expect much ab definition from doing hundreds of crunches, and sit ups.
Here's why...
Any little bit of belly fat you have, will hide any definition you gain from all the crunches or sit ups you do.
The fact is "dieting for abs' is just as important, perhaps MORE important than ab exercises.
Which foods to avoid is the key. You'll be surprised how stubborn belly fat will vanish if you avoid specific foods. Just learning that avoiding sugar and certain carbs helped me see results very fast.

Ab Machines are a Waste of Time. Again, these heavily marketed machines are ineffective
in your quest for sexy womens abs, regardless how impressive the infomercials seem. Why?? It's because you need to get
rid of belly fat FIRST!
These machines will strengthen the abs for sure, but direct abdominal exercises do very little if anything to target and burn fat around the tummy.
The infomercials and testimonials do a great job hard selling these machines, look at the hard buff bodies they hire to demo the products, they're professional trainers of course!! The fact is, you dont need these high priced machines to burn belly fat.... that is a huge myth in people buy into in their quest for a flat sexy stomach.
Let me back up a bit...you will still need to do some ab exercises to get that flat sexy, six pack look. However you need not buy any over priced ab equipment...trust me! And it wont take hours of boring cardio every day either.
All the ab exercises I did required no special equipment; Getting a flat sexy stomach is all about the combination of diet and exercise.

Stay Away From Diet Pills. Diet "fat burner" pills will not give you the results you want and
potentially harmful. Most have side effects and are not FDA approved. Anyone thinking they
can take pills to get in shape is really fooling themselves". Most of these "fat burner pills" only stimulate
adrenal glands and simply wear you out...
So let's review...myth 1 is direct ab exercises are ineffective at losing belly fat, myth 2 is is that the latest ab machine or ab belt is going to transform a flabby tummy into a sexy six pack stomach, and myth 3 is that potentially dangerous diet "fat burner pills" will somehow melt inches off your waist.
The reality is that a firm defined six pack stomach be acheived if you follow a specific plan that has been proven, over and over. I failed at first but now there's no turning back.
